Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all orders placed on commercial-door-closer.com (the "Site"), operated by O&F Associates, LLC, the manufacturer of DRIWON commercial door closers. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and pricing

All commercial door closers listed on the Site are described as accurately as possible, including grade certification, finish and dimensions. Prices are displayed in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping unless stated otherwise. O&F Associates, LLC reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

3. Order and payment

Orders placed through the "Buy Online" button are processed securely by Stripe. Orders placed through the "Buy on Amazon" button are governed by Amazon's own conditions of sale, to which O&F Associates, LLC is not a party. Payment is due in full at the time of order.

4. Shipping and delivery

Standard orders ship within the continental United States in 2-3 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details, carrier information and delivery timeframes.

5. Returns and warranty

Products may be returned in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered under the applicable DRIWON limited warranty, provided directly by O&F Associates, LLC as the manufacturer.

6. Limitation of liability

O&F Associates, LLC supplies commercial-grade door hardware for professional installation. Installation must comply with applicable building and fire codes, including ANSI/BHMA A156.4 and NFPA 80 where relevant. O&F Associates, LLC is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation or use outside of the product's rated specifications.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
